Terms of Use — AstroMiner Idle

By downloading or using AstroMiner Idle (“the app”), you agree to these terms. The app is distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store, and your use is also subject to the store's own terms (including the Apple Licensed Application EULA where applicable).

  1. License. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for entertainment on devices you own or control.
  2. In-app purchases. Purchases (e.g. “remove ads”, Quantum Core packs) are processed by the app stores. Refunds are handled by the store per its policy. Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  3. Your save data. The game save lives on your device. We are not responsible for progress lost due to uninstalling, device failure, or an incorrectly imported save code. Export your save from Settings to back it up.
  4. Acceptable use. Don't reverse-engineer, tamper with, or use the app to break any law. Modified save codes that fail validation are rejected by the app.
  5. No warranty. The app is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
  6. Changes. We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Ao baixar ou usar o AstroMiner Idle (“o app”), você concorda com estes termos. O app é distribuído pela Google Play e pela Apple App Store, e seu uso também está sujeito aos termos da loja (incluindo a EULA padrão da Apple, quando aplicável).

  1. Licença. Você recebe uma licença pessoal e intransferível para usar o app com finalidade de entretenimento em aparelhos que você possui ou controla.
  2. Compras no app. As compras (ex.: “remover anúncios”, pacotes de Quantum Core) são processadas pelas lojas. Reembolsos seguem a política da loja. Itens virtuais não têm valor monetário e não podem ser trocados por dinheiro.
  3. Seus dados de save. O save fica no seu aparelho. Não nos responsabilizamos por progresso perdido por desinstalação, falha do aparelho ou código de save importado incorretamente. Exporte seu save nas Configurações para ter backup.
  4. Uso aceitável. Não faça engenharia reversa, não adultere o app nem o use para violar leis. Códigos de save modificados que falham na validação são rejeitados pelo app.
  5. Sem garantias. O app é fornecido “como está”, sem garantias. Na medida permitida por lei, não somos responsáveis por danos indiretos ou incidentais.
  6. Alterações. Podemos atualizar o app e estes termos. O uso continuado após mudanças significa que você as aceita.
